Change 4 Life - Codd style!
The production of 'A Day in the Life of... The Codd's' has got off to a flying start. Seven's production crew have been following the Codd's all week and have been documenting their progress on how they have made changes to their lifestyle and how you can do it too!
The Codd's are a local family of six, who have willingly let the Seven crew follow their every move, from waking up in the morning, to the school-run, to bedtime, allowing us to capture their eating habits and how much activity they do each day - and what they think about it!
The final footage is being shown to illustrate, realistically, how local families can make life changing alterations, often very small, to improve the health and wellbeing of themselves and their children.
The final production will be used as a local campaign, but using the key national messages of Change 4 Life, and Seven are both delighted and grateful to be working with the Change 4 Life team, and of course, the stars of the show, the Codd's.
